Get to Know Me

I’ve always been driven by curiosity, purpose, and a love of helping people. After studying at UC Berkeley and the University of Florida, I served as a Naval Junior Officer and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer from 1988 to 1995—a role that taught me precision, teamwork, and calm under pressure. Since 2014, I’ve been active in real estate as a property investor, rehabber, and landlord (short and long term), through my company, Exponential Investing, LLC. Those years taught me the art of turning houses into homes. Now as a licensed agent with Belle Époque Realty Services LLC, I’m honored to guide clients through Jacksonville’s communities with the same focus and personal care that have defined every chapter of my career.
